RESERVATIONS

· Reservations and walk-ins are both available.

· Walk-in guests may be asked to wait depending on seat availability.

· Reservations may be canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late; a new reservation may be required for visits afterward, depending on seat availability.

VISIT INFORMATION

· Each visit is limited to 90 minutes, with one menu item required per guest.

· Guests must be 14 or older. Pets are not permitted.

· Please minimize movement between floors, and take care not to include other guests or staff when taking photos.

ARRIVAL

· Reservation check-in and entry take place on the 3rd floor of SEONGSU HAUS.

· While waiting, you are welcome to explore the exhibition on the 2nd floor and the fragrance space on the 3rd floor.

· There is no dedicated parking. We recommend using a nearby public parking lot.
