RESERVATIONS

· Reservations and walk-ins are welcome.

· Walk-in guests may need to wait depending on seating availability.

· Reservations may be canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late; a new reservation may be required for visits afterward, depending on seat availability.

GUIDELINES

· Visits are limited to 90 minutes, with one order per guest.

· Guests must be 14 or older. Please visit without pets.

· Please minimize movement between floors, and take care not to include other guests or staff when taking photos.

VISITING BUKCHON

· Check-in and entry are at the fragrance showroom on the 1st floor.

· While waiting, you are welcome to explore the fragrance showroom on the 1st floor.

· There is no on-site parking. We recommend using nearby public parking.
