Shipping Information
We currently ship to the following countries:
US and Cananda (3-5 business days)
Singapore, Hongkong, Taiwan, Australia (2-4 business days)
EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland (4-7 business days)
UAE and rest of the world (4-6 days)
Estimated Delivery Time:
Depending on the destination and carrier, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days.
This is an estimated timeframe and may vary due to customs clearance, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Orders placed from countries or regions where shipping is unavailable may be automatically canceled.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
You can also check your tracking link through your account on our website.
Tracking information may take up to one (1) business day to appear after shipment.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to the United States, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada are processed under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
You will not be required to pay any additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
Return Policy
Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
Perfume products are classified as hazardous materials and hygiene-related goods and are therefore exempt from withdrawal rights under certain consumer protection laws.
Additionally, as hazardous materials require specialized packaging and handling, and because we currently operate on a direct-shipping model from Korea, returns cannot be accepted at this time.
Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take approximately 2–15 business days to complete.
Refund requests that are deemed fraudulent or excessive may be declined.
Refund Procedure
Please submit your refund or return request in one of the following ways:
- Through the inquiry section on your My Page
- By email to cs@025s.co.kr, providing the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Photo of the shipping label
Once your request has been received, our team will review it.
If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will proceed with the refund process.
Legal Notice
This refund policy is provided in addition to any statutory warranty rights (e.g., the EU 2-year legal guarantee).
Consumers continue to retain all rights granted under applicable laws.
